How long does it take to learn Arabic?
It depends on your starting level, lesson frequency, and how much revision you do between lessons. Most students see meaningful progress within 4–6 weeks. Reaching a solid intermediate level typically takes 12–18 months of consistent study.
Modern Standard or Classical Arabic?
Our programme focuses on Classical Arabic (Fusha) — the form used in the Qur'ān, Islamic texts, and formal communication. This is the most beneficial form for Muslims and forms the basis of all Arabic dialects.
Can I combine Arabic with Qur'aan Reading?
Yes — many students combine Arabic Language with Qur'aan Reading or Tajweed. Your teacher will help you manage both and make the connections between them clear and meaningful.
Is this suitable for children?
Absolutely. We teach children from age 7 and adapt pace, materials, and style to suit younger learners. Many parents find children actually pick up Arabic faster than adults.
What if I already know some Arabic?
Your free trial includes a level assessment. If you have existing knowledge we will start you at the right point — you will never be made to repeat things you already know.
