Common questions

I don't know which course to start with — can you help?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common things we help with. Send us a message or book a free trial lesson and we will assess your level and recommend the right starting point for you.
I want to enrol my child — what should I know first?
We teach children from age 5 upwards. We adapt our teaching style completely to suit younger learners. Send us a message with your child's age and current level and we'll guide you from there.
Can I speak to a teacher before booking?
Yes — the free trial lesson is a private 1-to-1 session, effectively this. You'll meet your teacher, discuss your goals, and get a clear picture of how we can help, all before any payment is required.
Do you offer lessons outside of UK hours?
Yes. We have students across multiple time zones — North America, the Gulf, South Asia, and beyond. We schedule lessons at times that suit you, including early mornings and evenings.
How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. WhatsApp is typically faster — often within a few hours during the day. If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, please send a follow-up.
Is there a sibling discount?
We don't have a fixed sibling discount listed, but we are always happy to discuss pricing for families enrolling multiple children. Please get in touch and we can talk through the options.
