Common questions

Is the free trial really free?
Yes — completely free, no credit card required. You'll get a full 30-minute 1-to-1 lesson with one of our teachers so you can experience the teaching style and ask any questions before committing.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle with no penalty.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be counted as a used lesson.
Which course should I start with?
If you cannot read Arabic at all, we recommend starting with Qa'idah Nooraniyyah. If you can already read Arabic but want to improve your Qur'aan, jump straight to Qur'aan Reading or Tajweed Rules.
Are lessons suitable for children?
Yes. We teach students of all ages. Our teachers are experienced in adapting their teaching style to suit younger learners, making lessons engaging and age-appropriate.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you pay for 12 months upfront and receive a 15% discount on the per-lesson rate. This brings lessons to £6.38 (Starter), £10.63 (Standard), or £12.75 (Intensive). Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused lessons if you need to cancel.
